Just added our new F5 Big-IQ devices (v7.1). We have SNMP polling and also F5 iControl. Most seems fine but the Hardware Details are showing a gray circle with "Unknown Status". Hardware detail has populated even with the unknown status. I'm not sure why this is occuring, especially since both SNMP and iControl polling is used. Any clues why?
