I installed SolarWinds on a server, I had some failures, ending without access to the web console. I did not know how to remove the licenses since I did not have access to the web console.

Install Solarwinds again on the same server renaming the old folders to install everything again. but this time I do not have the licenses,

I know that when installing everything again I will not have the licenses I had in the previous installation

Dear friend. Your Solarwinds key licenses are always available into your customer portal, in your case if you have activated you licenses into a old platform and you have lost access to it, Could you open a support ticket with case type "Custom Service" from your customer portal and request for reset them?, then activate your license into your new installation.
