at some point next week, I need to run just one or maybe two "show me how you use it" sessions with a user who uses NPM 12 and ideally, one or two of the other network products (NCM and NTA for example). This would be a 1 hour long session any day between Monday and Thursday October 10 to October 16, via Webex, where you take us on a tour of what you do with SolarWinds: why you bought NPM, top three things you do with it, top pain points. Our goal is to make sure new employees understand our users!
Of course, you'd get 3000 thwack points, but you'd also be helping SolarWinds new employees do a better job by you. Reach out and email me or message me on thwack if you have time, preference will be given to people who have time available in the morning Central time (say, 8am to 11am Central Standard time).
