I've found a couple of very helpful discussions here for general Orion system health checks (Understanding SNMP Polling and Counters and "Health Check for NPM" (dated 2009), but am looking for any other suggestions on a general health check of the Orion NPM system setup. Any advice on checking the health of the following would be helpful:
Database
Polling
NPM
SNMP
Logfiles
Processes/Services
Disk, Memory, CPU
