What versions of Microsoft Exchange are supported by WHD v12.5?

My company will be upgrading to exchange 2016, looking to identity apps that might have issues. Does WHD support exchange 2016? Thanks.

It's not listed here: Web Help Desk system requirements so either the documentation is out of date, or it's not officially supported.

However, Web Help Desk uses EWS which is still supported in Exchange 2016, and there are customers using Web Help Desk with Office 365, so you *should* be fine.

Great, thanks for the info. I had also noticed that Exchange 2016 wasn't listed in the system requirements.

We've upgraded to WHD 12.5.1, and that release does support Exchange 2016.
