How to check the threshold settings for the servers (cpu and memory, disk) and the network device added on solarwinds orion NPM?
If I understand you correctly, you're looking for the default settings for montoring thresholds in Orion. You can find these settings (and change them as required) by logging into the admin page and clicking "NPM Settings" in the Settings section.

I need information of the device thresholds.
Example: i added a windows server in monitoring, it monitors cpu and memory utilization and the volume of the disks. I want to know at what stage (threshold level) they send us alert.
i need same information for the network devices also.

As far as alerts go, the threshold is set in the alert. There are several canned alerts that you could use, but the nice thing about alerts are they are highly configurable. You can set up an alert to send you an alert based on whatever threshold best fits your environment and business policies. I would recommend looking through the advanced alerts that are already included and create your own alerts based on those. Basic alerts are a bit easier to set up initially, but you'll quickly find they don't give you the flexibility and granularity of an advanced alert. The best way to get started would be to read through chapter 9 in the administration guide "Creating and Managing Alerts."
