Hi guys,
i have installed NPM 10.6 successfully, but about 2 weeks ago because the harddisk space for SQL database already reach 85%, so i need to moved it to new location that provide bigger space (actually only the database that moved and the SQL application still running on the current server). after i moved it i ran configuration wizard of solarwinds so that solarwinds recognize the changes of SQL database configuration.
everything running well, all solarwinds services running well and smooth, all discovered nodes still on the position (i also could saw the histroy of interface utilization for each nodes). then a request comes in from my boss that need a report that could show about the utilization of WAN interface from all nodes and only on office hour ( sunday - friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm), from report writer tools, i could generate such report, and when i running the query it also give the information that i need
and the problem comes from the web console, when i go to report tab, i could see the report that i had just created, but when i clock on it, it give me nothing, i meant, the template (the name of coloum) of the report is exact as the template from report writer tools, but at data section said "no activity to report", whereas if look back to the server is give me the data and no error at all
any of you had this experience as well ??
