Poller MIB

I’m looking for a way to create a poller that will give me switch stack information (i.e. how many switches are in the stack, 24 or 48 port switch, and base). I’m working with Synoptics switches.

You can use the Universal Device Poller to browse the MIB, I believe Synoptics start wth OID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.45. When you browse the MIB there are many OID's regarding stacks.

When browsing the MIBs I see bayStackMibs under synoptics(45). We do use bayStack switches and when I expand the bayStackMibs I can’t find anything that will report the unit numbers or how many switches are in the stack.
