Cannot get Energywise to work

I cannot get any information about Energywise enabled devices in the Energywise summary, even though I think I have done all I am supposed to do:

In one of the switches, I have this:

energywise domain Whatevar secret 7 jerite
energywise management 43440

interface FastEthernet0/1
switchport access vlan 540
switchport mode access
energywise level 10 recurrence importance 90 at 30 6 * * *
energywise level 0 recurrence importance 90 at 0 20 * * *
spanning-tree portfast

Both the node and the actual interfaces are monitored in Orion.

The script works fine, the IP Phones shuts down and starts up again as intended.

So what am I missing? Is it something more that needs to be done in Orion?

Yes please try enabling EW on a port and then either wait a bit for the next poll or for that node do a rediscovery and poll now

OK so you have EW enabled at the switch and port level. If you run the EnergyWise Readiness Report, what is it reporting for this device in Orion?

Could be a couple things here.

First on this item -

12.2(50)SE

Any chance you can go up to the SE3 release of code? I am not sure if this also applied to the 2960, but we have a block against 12.2(50)SE code train as in our initial testings with Cisco we found a bug in the IOS which Cisco addressed in SE1 I beleive.

The second item might be a bug.

We have a check on the backend to determine which is EW supported and enabled and which are not.

Did you get anywhere with this, I have the the same issue, devices show up as energywise capable but not energywise enabled. It is enabled on the switch, and shows local stats. Software version 3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-53.SE on the switch.
