Hot Standby Question...

Does the hot standby engine support SQL clustering?

Let’s say I have my Orion box in HQ and my Hot Standby in DR will the HS take over if my HQ goes offline if my SQL is configured in an active/passive (1 in HQ and 1 in DR) mode?

It is with version 10 as far as I know, clustering wasnt supported at all before v10 I was told. NPM and HotStandby are almost identical and would therefore either both support it or not.
