Configure agent via INI file

Hi,

I have this scenario:

I installed multiple agents on Linux systems using rpm package. All of them are unconfigured. Can someone point me to a doc or let me know how I can programmatically configure these hosts' agents using INI file or something. I tried to download zip file that has install.sh and rpm package in it. The problem is that I already have agents installed. Is there a way to modify that install.sh script to configure already installed agents?

Create a file called 'driver.ini' that configures the agent settings. For example.

IPaddress

admin

Then pipe your answer file into the agent init command. E.G.

'cat /opt/SolarWinds/Agent/bin/driver.ini | service swiagentd init'

Thanks! Those are more less standard ways. Basically, I can either download zip file for Linux, unpack it, and run install.sh as per README.txt file. I can also install rpm package and run /opt/Solarwinds/bin/swiagent init command. I already have agents installed on Linux hosts but they are not configured. So, the question is, how can I "automate" /opt/Solarwinds/bin/swiagent init command? I understand that install.sh file has all the options to configure agent. How can I apply that bash file to already installed agent vs newly provisioned?
