I scoured Thwack and actually found nothing. I have been dealing a long time with formatting the alert message subject line to read ALERT: message, deleting the reset message then copying from trigger and then changing the reset subject line to RESET: message.
Seems like there would be a simple variable that would output ALERT or RESET that can just be put in the alert trigger e-mail and the alert reset e-mail.
anyone know of a way to accomplish this?
I have to rewrite all of the alerts anyway, so now would be a good time to implement something.
