Using "last xx notes" view in NPM 11.5.2

I recently had a request to include notes in the device view for some nodes regarding how to troubleshoot specific issues. i.e. if an alert comes in, what might be the first action to take. The WAN engineers would like to be able to look at the device in Orion, and see some instructions on the best method to troubleshoot the issue. The "last xx notes" seemed like a good place:

Three questions arise when using this view/feature:

1) Is there a way to go back and edit the notes?

2) Can the notes be deleted?

3) Has anyone found a more efficient way to let engineers "help" one another via some kind of notes / logs?

I appreciate any guidance or ideas others have.

Go to home and alerts. Acknowledge alert which prompts you to input the first note. The edit and add just select the alert and view alert details. Notes can be added and edited. Just save when done.

Thanks... This seems to update the "Active Alert Details" but not the window on the main device view. I'm using the "Last XX Notes"

The Engineers want to be able to include notes on the device regardless of alert status.. they may be more general notes. I could be missing something, but what you provided isn't quite the same view. It is helpful though; I hadn't seen this before. Thanks,
