Recently use Hillstone and ZTE network equipment, NPM can not monitor CPU, memory, and other resources, can not be added by the OID, because I can not find these companies by UNDP device information how MIB files uploaded to the Orion database?
If you have the MIBs you can open a case with support and they will have them added to the MIB-DB. I'd recommend checking out this post too;

If you have the MIB´s, you can use de Orion Universal Device Poller, to do the upload of MIB´s in the orion mib database.
