Error in Wireless Heat Map : Failed to poll access points / Reference points

Hi Team,

I have created created wireless heat map first time in Solarwinds Network Atlas. So finally when I click on Generate map, it is giving me error as "failed to poll access points / Reference points".

We have not added Access point separately in NPM. We have just added WLCs and Access Point Data is get polled from WLC through SNMP. We are also able to see those Access Points in Wireless tab.

Kindly suggest what could be the issue.

Did you resolve the issue?

If not try adding three signal samples.
