Assisted upgrades consist of our development and support teams being on a call and screen sharing with you as you upgrade your current production environment to the latest product versions. They will be there to learn about how your upgrade goes, personally experience the pleasure or pain of the process, and help if you encounter any issues along the way.
This RC includes certain features mentioned in the What We're Working on for NPM (Updated March 17th, 2017) post.
As an added incentive, participants who are selected and perform an upgrade with us will receive 2,000 Thwack points to buy swag at the Thwack Store. That's enough points to score yourself all sorts of stuff, including one of several different t-shirts including my personal favorite, the geek shirt.
We have a limited number of spots available and some eligibility restrictions apply to make sure we're accomplishing our goals around improving the upgrade experience.
