Proper Way to Alert on a Table?

I set up a custom UDP to monitor the state of switch in my cisco stack:

This produces the following results:

Is the following the proper way to alert if any of the switches have a state other than 4?

That looks correct.  Any switch that has the StackedSwitchState UnDP assigned to it with a value other than 4 will trigger that alert.
