Any one have the same problem ?
Interface that was not in use for log time got new description and change status to down.
On the alert we got the description was of the OLD interface...
why alert manger still have the old description ?
When you do list resources on the device, do you see the new description on the interface in question?
Yes I do...
I quite sure that the interface has active alert from the old description that wasn’t cleared maybe just acknowledge
so whenever NPM got a change status the old description was there..no resolve of the description made...
I just wondering about that
