We're currently looking into getting a solution that will keep our CDR records long term, for reporting purposes.
This would be especially useful for Call Centers, heavy users, departments, etc.
Does VNQM currently store Cisco CDR records long term?
I only see that I can look up calls for "Last 30 days"...
In addition, I would love to pull out report/graph based on certain phone numbers (or clusters of numbers - like a call center), and display call volume by HOUR of day or by DAY of week.
