Two of my techs have randomly lost the ability to close a ticket. Open and In Progress are their, but "Close" is no longer an option. Similarly, they do not have the option to make a note Visible to Client. That option has also disappeared.

I have a couple of questions for you if you do not mind. Have you looked at the tech permissions assigned to the tech account to see if they have had any changes made to them? Also, what version of WHD are you using?

Yes, thank you. One of my admins had changed the tech permissions which caused the aforementioned options to disappear.
