Reviving and old thread. Has anyone done monitoring of Ricoh stuff?
what objectIds you would need, and for what model ? Probably i could help you out.

Ralph
Hello, Have you tried running an MIB walk? Orion NPM has a toolset option which allows you to run them and get the OIDs out you seek.Another way to resolve this is to contact Ricoh and request the OIDs you seek to work with.
Hello,
Probably it was a missunderstanding about my last post. I have a good overview about private mib of Ricoh (and Konica Minolta) Printers. Just in case someone would need some values of such devices i could provide corresponding objectID with its description.
I had the OID list as PDF before but I can't find it now... I have a few pollers that I was doing some testing with like a year ago for page count remaining per tray, tray paper capacity, toner remaining, and various status information for Ricoh MFPs and color printers.
If you'd like, I can send you the pollers I have and maybe you can do some digging to see if you want to use them? I never got them to work quite right; it was nothing of priority for me at the time.
To have some snmp-walks from various Ricoh printers would be nice. I dont have those devices here. I not really sure about the counter values, because the information they provide in their mib specification is a bit poor and i would like to verify my assumptions about those counters. Perfect would be a A3 Color device.
Thanks and best regards,
