I have created an alert within trap viewer. Choosing an alert action to change the device interface status does not have any effect within NPM. To verify my rule is working I also have the alert running simple batch file. That works.
Kind of new here. Any ideas why the interface status is not changing within NPM? Is there perhaps a prereq that I missed to allow trap viewer to manipulate NPM?
