NPM Email Reports

Hello,

Im having trouble getting Solarwinds to email me reports. Im trying to get NPM 10.6.1 to email me of remaining disk space of our servers. When the report is ran I get this :

Unable to convert the Web Page to PDF

Error: Failed to convert Url 'https://orion.<domain>.com/Orion/Report.aspx?Report=Remaining_Disk_space_on_citrix_servers&ReturnTo=aHR0cHM6Ly9vcmlvbi5ycG1jc2kuY29tL09yaW9uL1JlcG9ydHMvVmlld1JlcG9ydHMuYXNweA==&InlineRendering=TRUE&MinPageWidth=1024&Printable=TRUE&AccountID=Username&Password=Password'.(1052:A network error occurred.)

The solarwinds NPM is not on our domain, so I do not know if this is causing this issue.

Im still a noob at Solarwinds and I have read all of the manuals, If you need any info to help me out please ask away.

Hello,

That did not work, If i go to Orion Report Writer I can export the file to any type of file I need (PDF, etc) but on the web console if I try to or setting up Orion Report Scheduler, it shoots me the same error :

Unable to convert the Web Page to PDF

Error: Failed to convert Url 'https://orion.<domain>.com/Orion/Report.aspx?ReportID=112&InlineRendering=TRUE&MinPageWidth=1024&Printable=TRUE'.(1052:A network error occurred.)
