Create a custom alert that notifies when a node down alert has been acknowledged

Since there are 5 of us on the on call rotation I'd like to get an alert when somebody acknowledges a node down alert and who acknowledged it so i don't have to VPN in and look at the web page.

I can't seem to find a way to do this and I searched but no luck.

I have it set to stop escalating after someone acknowledges the alert but I want to know who acknowledged it.

Has anyone tried this?

I've created an alert which will fire until acknowledge but I'd like to then get an updated alert of who acknowledged and the time it was. We use SMS paging and this would be great to have so I don't need to spend 15 minutes getting my my Orion to view the Alert Trigger details if this alert is being handled by one of my teammates.

I contacted support about getting Orion to send an e-mail when an alert is acknowledged, but I was told this is not possible. I submitted a feature request.
