UDP question.

We are having some issues with the Universal Device Poller in NPM.

When trying to poll OID from the UDP it replies with "the OID is not supported", when I do a MIB walk from the toolset it displays data.

The hardware unit is a Panduit power outlet unit.

1.3.6.1.4.1.19536.7.10.3.2.1.2.1

1.3.6.1.4.1.19536.7.10.3.2.1.2.2

The result I get from these OID's from MIB walk is correct.

When I try to get the same data from the UDP, the problem is as shown in the screenshots under.

But the strange thing is that if I use UDP and poll 1.3.6.1.4.1.19536.7.10.3.2.1.2 I get the first Value (eg. 1887 in the example above)

Any Ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Changing from the default value "get next" to "get" sid the trick.

Thanks for the screenshots! In the UnDP, under the Show Advanced Options, what are you using to get the data?

Have you plugged in a sniffer to see what's getting sent and replied?
