Custom MIB Pollers option not available

I tried to add a Custom MIB Pooler but I no longer have the option on
either File Menu and context menu.

I even tried on nodes I was able to do it in the past.

Is there a setting that can hide this option or how can I make
the option available?

I have Solarwinds Orion ver. 9.0.

 This has been replaced by the Universal Device Poller utility.

You can access it there: Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Universal Device Poller
