Help with an Alert

Question

I am trying to get a custom poller alert working.

I created a custom poller using a counter for an error OID. The poller is working correctly.

I am now trying to get an alert going any time the counter increases. This is what I have as my trigger. However, it is not triggering. I have also tried changing Numeric Status to Total. Any ideas?

Numeric Status has changed
Poller Name is equal to (custom poller Name)

This still operates the same way and is on our list to enhance, but no timeframe yet

I posed the same question to Solarwinds tech support and they said this is not supported currently.  I am hoping they will add support for this soon as I use lots of 64-bit counters and need to monitor when the counter stops increasing or changing.

Thanks for you help.Yes, I have the  'all' selected. I have an almost similar alert for a custom poller rate that works fine with Numeric Status is Greater then.... but I was trying to get an alert anytime this counter moves. If the 'Has Changed' does not work with custom pollers, is there another tick to solve this? I'm drawing a blank here.
