Hi Everyone,
I recently added my two VoIP Hubs to Orion, and one of the SNMP Pollers available is SystemActiveCalls (All current active calls on the system). I tried adding these Custom Pollers to a basic Custom Poller Chart, but the data it's displaying is a little odd - I guess I probably need a little help wrapping my head around this.
What I'm getting is fractions of calls displayed. The way I see it, you either have a call, or you don't. The poller doesn't display fractions. Do the custom poller charts average the values based on the sample interval? Here are a few screenshots:
This chart is for the last 24 Hours, Sampled every hour:

The 15 minute chart shows 2 calls at 3:20 PM. Shouldn't I see at least 2 calls for the 3:00 PM bar in the hourly chart? I'm sure I'm probably just misunderstanding something, but what I'd like to see is the total calls each hour. Maybe I should be looking for a different poller? I tried the systemTotalCalls poller, but this is only a value of the total calls made in the system ever, so it's value only goes up.
