My environment circles around a call center. We are guaranteed to have nodes go down every single day, all across the map. To make this as summarized as possible, is it possible to have ONE SINGLE alert with multiple schedules based on our Time Zone CPT field? For example, we have 2 sites in EST, and 4 sites in AKST that are down at 9AM CST. We do not want to open tickets for the 4 AKST stores because no one is going to be on location for troubleshooting. My current way around it is having a separate alert for each time zone to prevent creating alerts too early.
