Seeing that you can link your Thwack and Customer Portal accounts for 2000 Thwack points. I tried following the documentation on Thwack but it must be old as the steps it tells you to take are no valid. Any ideas?
Are you logged in to both in the same browser? Is your account active? is this relevant over 3 years later?
