Reports hang up in web console

Hi,

I have Orion NPM v9.1 SP 5 installed and I repeteadly encounter the following problem with the reports in web console:

- any of the Orion's built-in or customized Reports hang up in the web console, but works just fine in the Report Writer.

I've looked over the forum to find anything related to this case...so I need to know if anyone else encountered this issue.

For SolarWinds staff: if this narrows the problem, as a workaround, I unload the COM+ component and the reports are displayed correctly on the web console. The same thing happens if I restart the IIS SolarWinds Website (but this method is not so faster as unloading COM+).

The problem is that this is just a temporary solution, as the issue still appears quite often.

Could someone pleaase help me out with this?

Any chance of upgrading to 9.5 and seeing if this issue still persists?

Not for the moment, but we're taking into consideration this option.

But I need to know exactly what could be the cause to this issue...as I need to explain to the administration what's happening within Orion and to find out a resolution for it.
