Looking for some confirmation from development team on this one, but it looks like HF4 might force a dependency on HF1 for NPM 11.5.2.
We installed NPM HF4 last weekend and when trying to click through to view collected statistics on deployed QoE sensors the webpage threw an error. (Sorry, I should have grabbed a screenshot but it was after midnight and I didn't think to do it while I was tried to figure out why it was happening). We noticed it on the QoE summary view (/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?ViewKey=DPI%20Summary) but I didn't dig into the individual QoE pages on the nodes themselves.
The fix was to install NPM v11.5.2 Hotfix 1 on our primary poller and all of the APEs in the environment. (It doesn't deploy on the additional web servers) The process was quick quick -- about 5 minutes per server.
If this is right then the release notes should be updated.
