Has any one been able to create bgp peer alert when a peer is down, and then with notification having the interface ip?
I use the BGP routing alert and it worked to an extent. It did not tell the peer ip,
you should be able to modify the message to include the "Neighbor IP" (I'm pretty sure this is the name of the variable)
