Need 'Current Percent Utilization - Top 25 Interfaces Orion Report' ReportWriter template restored.

I mistakenly overwrote 'Current Percent Utilization - Top 25 Interfaces Orion Report' report template in Orion. What would be the process to rename my report properly and copy back the original template into the directory?

I'm confused. How does this get me the original template back? I'll definitely use the 'Duplicate & Edit' feature moving forward, but I'm just looking to restore what was there. Apologies if I'm being dense.
