Custom MIB

Hi, Just added a custom poller to see the service tag and model of my servers (used Universal Device Poller to add them) then use attached to server but when i tick on the servers details I can't see that information!! Am I doing something wrong???

Couple things to check, did you enable the UnDP? Did you assign it to the devices you wanted? Did you set it to display on the web? This all can be done via right click on the UnDP in the UnDP app.

I've enabled it on UnDP but it trying to put in an chart. I just want the name to appear i.e. poweredge 1950 server
