Battery warning because of charging for Dell PowerEdge R710

What is causing our battery charging to show up as a Warning? When we drill into the battery chart, it's showing yellow availability at 100%. No other details are shown.

It's a Dell PowerEdge R710 showing an Array Status of Yellow (see attachment). Battery on Controller 0 is charging.

It's a VMWare ESX Server with a Polling Method = ICMP & 'Pull for VMWare' ON.

Can this warning be modified to only come on if less than a specific percentage or a certain length of time?

The severity level shown by SAM should mirror that of the vSphere client. SAM does not provide the ability to override this status, but you do have the flexibility of controlling the alerts you receive through the Advanced Alert Manager by filtering or requiring the condition to be sustained for a period of time before notifying you.

Thanks. I'll talk with our vSphere administrator. So is there a way I can pull the battery level into SolarWinds?

There is no way to gather the change percentage of the battery from SAM, as that information isn't available through the VMware API.
