We are evaluating CUCM 10.5 presently. Has anyone tried the integration with the VOIP quality manager? If so, is it a big benefit. We are also reviewing other vendors for VOIP/UC Monitoring.
I have it installed and have had it installed for the past 2 years. I really like it. It took the place of our Cisco Monitoring product for VoIP. I have not had any issues with it at all and it integrates fine into the rest of our SolarWind products. It still needs some added features, like being able to monitor Cisco Analog Voice Gateways (the Cisco VG models). But it is supposed to be an added feature in another update.
Cisco Call Manager 10.5.2 working on VNQM 4.2.2 and above.
