We implemented Solarwinds NPM 12.1 in our environment and received a requirement to integrate with ServiceNow.
We have gone through Vendor documentations and understood that Solarwinds will create a incident on Servicenow for an alert. But in one condition, Solarwinds will send same alert to Servicenow every X Minutes/Hours. Will servicenow ignore alerts from second time or It will create another incident for same issue.
How de-duplication will happen in this integration.
Can anyone suggest on this!
