Sometimes unable to access the "Settings" page

Hi, I am having a problem with my NPM. Sometimes I am not able to access the settings page, it keeps looping back to the NPM Summary page. Most of the time I have no access to the SolarWinds server to do a restart on the server.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

I have been having the same issue in Firefox. To get around the issue I clear the browser cache and then I am able to view the admin settings pages again.

Looks like something is wrong and its hard to comment.I would recommend to open a support ticket to investigate further.
