Hey guys,
We have 13 Fortigate firewalls of various flavors and versions of code, all are working fine in NPM except one.I read in the help section of Solarwinds on how to assign a different poller --
Assign Pollers ‑ Interfaces -- but am not able to see any alternate universal device pollers.
The Fortigate with the issue is a 110C, firmware version : v4.0,build0320,110419 (MR2 patch 6)
The issue is we are not able to discover/monitor any interfaces on the firewall, CPU, MEM and network latency are the only things that are monitored in Solarwinds.
We are using :
Orion Platform 2013.2.0, SAM 6.0.0, IPAM 4.0, NCM 7.2.1, NPM 10.6, NTA 3.11.0, WPM 2.0.1, Storage 5.1.0, IVIM 1.8.1
