SolarWinds-ServiceNow Integration

Hello all,

We have been integrating SolarWinds with ServiceNow. Earlier the integration works well & tickets were generated. But few days earlier, I'm facing a weird issue that the tickets are not getting generated.

It's throws error as "Failed to create INC, check the connection on ServiceNow configuration page". But all connections are positive & the simulation test tickets are getting generated.

Totally confused with this. Can you please give me an idea where the block is..? Attached the same error here.

Issue resolved. The problem was on ServiceNow BR.

We rectified it & the bi-directional communication works like a charm..!

glad to hear you've managed to find a solution. if you ever decide to try another approach, you can take a look at some 3rd party tools like zigiops. it worked for me, without any issue at all. saved me a lot of time and effort.
