Monitoring time on a website using APM?

okay.. I think that this is an interesting one.

What I would like to accomplish is; I have a website that has the current time on it and it's updated every 5 minutes. what I would like to do is monitor that time to make sure that it's correct within 5 minutes. If it's not correct I would like to alert.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think that would require a custom script. I can't think of any of the monitors that would get that data out of the box.
