Change the color of the border background at the top of the dashboard site?

Quick question,

Is there a way to change the color of the border background at the top of the dashboard site?

I'm working on the branding for our dashboard. I've already figured out how to change the logo and color theme\scheme of the entire site. But I haven't seen a way to change the border background color. Can it be done? If so, how?
