Problems with Reboot Alert / Email

I've cloned our regular alert that sends email to IT when something reboots and want a notification to include other relevant teams for particular servers.

I see last boot time does update on one of the servers that should alert on:

Nothing shows in the alerts even though I have reset condition turned off to make sure it's not an email issue. What's missing?

Actually it seems like the original alert is no longer working either. I see the last boot time is registered on the node.

What would cause that to stop working? All that's changed was a reboot of the solar winds server.

what is the reset condition set to? And can you show the trigger action screenshot for this alert?

I would try to recreate the alert also have you considered creating a custom property and assigning it to all those nodes instead of all the OR statements.

I did try a recreate. I've updated solarwinds as we were due for an update and now things are working.
