Had a very quick look within the toolset for this (couldn't immediately find what I was looking for) so thought I'd ask the community...
Was just wondering whether there is a way to have, within reset notifications (i.e. emails) triggered from SAM something (a variable?) that gives details of 'time to reset'
By this I mean that, Alert for CPU is triggered at 09:00 & the reset comes in a 10:00 - is there something I can add to the reset notification that says "elapsed time from the alert to reset is/was 60 minutes" ?
I know I can add timestamps to the alerts / resets & then calculate this manually & also that I can marry up the alert/reset emails (in this example) but I think it would be a bit of useful info to have to hand
Again, if this is a commonly known thing I can set, apologies (but if you can point it out to me, that would be very helpful) & if I've not explained well, please let me know so I can elaborate as needed.
