APM Upgrade to 4.2 and NPM Upgrade to 10.2

I have just upgraded both the APM to 4.2 and NPM to version 10.2. The Configuration wizard failed on the APM Installation with the error Input String Not in Correct Format.

Now when I go to the website, it doesn't load and I get the following Error:

The Settings Property 'APM.ApmSummaryViewID' was not found. Rerunning the configuration doesn't fix this, it still fails with the Input String Not in Correct Format Error.

I have the following System Setup:

NPM and APM running on 1 Windows 2008 32-bit Server
SQL 2005 Running On Windows Server 2003 32-bit Server.

Looking in the config wizard log, this was happening when it tried to migrate the file Core.Jobs.Log . Since that is just a log a file, I deleted it, and the wizard was able to complete without error.

I have tried Uninstalling APM, rerunning Configuration Wizard, NPM comes up. I reinstalled APM 4.2 SP1, run configuration wizard, same error APM.ApmSummaryViewID was not found and the website will not come up.

If you run the Configuration Wizard again, on the first step select 'Website' and let the Configuration Wizard finish. Does Configuration Wizard finish without error?

Because this error is shown because c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\web.config does not contain some information, which is added by Configuration Wizard. If just re-running Configuration Wizard doesn't help, then I would suggest to try to delete the whole directory with website and let Configuration Wizard to create it again from scratch.

If that doesn't help, please open a support ticket for this issue.

I renamed the web.config file, ran the Configuration wizard, and it created a new web.config file, but it still gave me the same input string was not in a correct format error.
