Hello, I have created a new view however other users are not able to see the view, even admin users. Is this a permission issue or a setting im missing? There are other custom views and users are able to access them.
It's likely that these user accounts have not been granted permission to the \Reports folder. In the user account settings scroll down to "Report Folder" and select '\Reports" as the picture below depicts. Submit/save your changes and try again. Let us know if that resolves the issue.
Hello, yes the user has access to the \Reports folder. I'm wondering if I need to re-create the view?
The screenshot you shared shows two report resources that have been added to a view that have not yet been configured. I would recommend editing each of them by clicking the little "Edit" button that appears in the top right of the resource only to users who are logged in as an administrator. Then select which report you want displayed and save these changes. All users who have this view available to them should be able to see these same resources no differently than the administrator unless some account restriction has been applied these user accounts.
Hi, the resources on the page are configured correctly and I'm able to view them as an admin. Two other users, both admin as well, are not able to view them. they get the messages as in the image. A third admin is able to view them as well.
