I'm trying to create a widget to show Solarwinds alerts that have an action to create a Service Now help desk INC. I think I have most of the fields and links together for what I want but I am confused on how to determine what Incidents are in an open and closed/resolved state.
In Orion.ESI.AlertIncident I'm seeing AlertTriggerState and State but these don't seem to be matching in a way I can tie directly with the Service Now ticket state. I'm also working with TAC on issue with tickets not closing properly so it could be associated with that.
Does anyone know where to find information on State and AlertTriggerState values?
