We have 4 Exchange 2003 servers, all with MAPI User Experience Monitors assigned to them in APM. Lately, 3 of the 4 will go into an Unknown state and the 4th will show as Down due to the threshold being exceeded.
It seems to only occurr after one of the server's round-trip time thresholds has been exceeded. Why would the other three go into Unknown? Any thoughts?
