I have Virtualization manager running as an appliance, we also have NPM and other products, is their a way to integrate with Orion?

You should be able to embed Virtualization Manager Dashboard widgets as a resource in Orion (or you can embed them in a web page or Portal such as Microsoft Sharepoint)
Simply right click any dashboard widget to get a URL that you can embed.
